Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases from Notoire Ltd (Company No. 10643012), trading as Azat Mard.
(“we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.
Once an order is placed, it is final.
We cannot cancel, modify, or change any order after it has been confirmed in our system.
Please review all details (address, email, size, style, quantity) before completing your purchase.
2. Customer Responsibility for Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout—including your full name, delivery address, email, and phone number—is accurate and complete.
If incorrect or incomplete details result in:

Failed delivery
-
Customs issues
-
Lost parcels
-
Extra duties/taxes

Additional courier fees
we are not liable, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, excluding restricted destinations (such as Russia) due to legal or government limitations.
3.1 Dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm (UK time), Monday–Friday, are shipped the same day.
Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch.
3.2 Delivery & Delays
Delivery estimates provided by DHL are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

Customs inspections

Local authority processing
-
Courier backlogs
-
Incomplete delivery information
-
Weather or force majeure events
Shipping costs cannot be refunded due to customs or courier delays.
3.3 Risk of Loss
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
3.4 DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD)
All customers receive DHL ODD, which allows you to:

Reschedule delivery

Redirect to a DHL Service Point

Change address

Request vacation hold

Authorize delivery without a signature
If you choose “no signature required,” you accept full responsibility for the package after DHL marks it as delivered.
3.5 Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your destination.
These are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated on our website.

For USA and Europe, duties may be covered by Azat Mard (subject to change).

If customs dispose of a parcel due to unpaid duties, no refund will be issued.

If a parcel is returned to us because duties were not paid, return fees and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
This includes:

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect items received in error
Claims for washed, faded, scented, worn or damaged items outside this period cannot be accepted.
Items washed incorrectly or worn cannot be treated as faulty.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5.1 Eligibility

5.2 Return Location Policy
Items purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned to Azat Mard Official.
Please return them to the original place of purchase.
5.3 Return Fees
Refund returns incur a deduction:

UK: £2.95

Europe: £10

USA & Canada: £10

Rest of World (including Armenia): £15
We offer one free exchange per order.
Additional exchanges require placing a new order.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return and are processed to your original payment method.
5.5 Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, our team will contact you to offer an alternative.
5.6 Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 12 months and includes an additional 10% if chosen instead of a refund.
5.7 Non-Refundable Charges

Duties & taxes are non-refundable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If customs dispose of a parcel, no refund will be issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Delays caused by DHL or customs
-
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Parcels lost due to signature release or unsafe delivery instructions

Local customs charges, taxes, or import procedures
-
Weather, strikes, political events, or other force majeure circumstances
Our maximum liability will not exceed the value of the products purchased.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
AZAT MARD REWARDS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
AZAT MARD Rewards is our loyalty programme designed to reward members of our community. By creating an account and participating in the programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Earning Points
Members can earn points through the following activities:
Create an account – 50 points
Birthday reward – 50 points
Eligible spending milestones – 50 points
Purchases – 1 point for every £1 spent
Points are awarded on eligible product purchases only and are not earned on taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, refunded orders or any other excluded charges determined by AZAT MARD.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash.
Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for the following rewards:
500 points = £25 off
1,000 points = £50 off
2,000 points = £100 off
To redeem points, customers must be logged into their AZAT MARD account. Reward codes can be generated through the Rewards panel available on our website and must be entered at checkout before completing an order.
Reward Code Restrictions
Reward codes:
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Cannot be transferred to another customer.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount code, sale discount, influencer code or reward code.
Are limited to one reward code per order.
Must be redeemed before any applicable expiry date.
AZAT MARD reserves the right to refuse or cancel reward redemptions where misuse, abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Birthday Rewards
Members who provide a valid date of birth may receive a birthday reward in accordance with the programme rules in place at the time. Birthday rewards are issued at the sole discretion of AZAT MARD and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
Account Requirements
Customers must be logged into their AZAT MARD account to view, earn and redeem rewards. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including their email address and date of birth.
Returns & Refunds
If an order is refunded, cancelled or returned, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the customer's rewards balance. If a reward code was used on an order that is subsequently refunded, the value of the reward may be adjusted or removed at AZAT MARD's discretion.
Programme Changes
AZAT MARD reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Rewards programme, points values, reward thresholds, earning opportunities or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
General
Participation in AZAT MARD Rewards constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any decision made by AZAT MARD regarding eligibility, points balances, rewards or programme operation shall be final.
