Returns Policy

At AZAT MARD, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — with clear guidance, real human support, and a transparent process every step of the way.

Refunds cannot be issued for courier delays. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.


Returns Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided that all items are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • With all original tags attached

Return requests submitted outside of this 14-day period are not guaranteed and will be reviewed at our discretion.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. These charges are set and collected directly by DHL and are therefore outside of AZAT MARD’s control.

 

Purchase Location Policy

  • Online purchases cannot be returned in-store
  • In-store purchases can only be returned in-store
  • Items purchased from retailers other than AZAT MARD Official must be returned to the original place of purchase
  • We cannot process returns for third-party retailers

 

Returns Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Headwear (including caps and beanies)
  • Swimwear

These items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 

Christmas Returns & Exchanges – Extended Period

Orders placed from 10 December are eligible for an extended returns window until 10 January 2026.

 

IMPORTANT – Free Gift Reminder

If your order included a free cap, beanie, or socks as part of our “Spend Over $250” promotion:

  • The free gift must be returned if your refund brings the order total below the qualifying threshold, or if the full order is returned
  • If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be automatically deducted from your refund or store credit

 

How to Create Your Return

STEP 1 – Email Us

Email info@azatmardofficial.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will then advise the next steps.

 

STEP 2 – Approval & Return Label

  • Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours (weekdays)
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a DHL returns link via email to generate your return label

 

STEP 3 – Prepare Your Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unscented
  • With original tags, packaging, and zip-lock bags

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.

 

STEP 4 – Send Your Return

Using DHL Express (recommended):

  • Arrange a collection or drop-off at a DHL Service Point

Using your own courier:

  • Return at your own cost
  • Use a tracked service
  • AZAT MARD is not responsible for lost parcels

Returns Outcomes (Important)

Change-of-Mind Returns (Size, Fit, Style, Preference)

For change-of-mind returns, AZAT MARD offers STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed
  • Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind returns
  • Store credit is issued once the return is received and approved
  • Store credit is issued for the retail price of the item(s) purchased

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with UK consumer law. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Any issues reported after 14 days may not be eligible for resolution, as items may have been subject to wear and use.

 

Store Credit Terms

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Can be used online at checkout
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be used in any offline stores

 

Shipping & Return Fees
UK Orders: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. In addition, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.
Returns for Store Credit: Shipping costs are non-refundable; however, no return shipping fee will be deducted. The full value of the returned items will be issued as store credit.

 

Return shipping fees (deducted automatically where applicable):

  • UK: £2.95
  • Europe: £10
  • USA & Canada: £12
  • Rest of World (including Armenia): £15

We absorb part of the return shipping cost to ensure a seamless and considered experience for our customers.

 

Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these are government-imposed charges and are not collected by AZAT MARD.

  • Any duties paid at checkout cannot be reimbursed
  • For possible reclaim options, please contact your local customs authority directly, where applicable

 

Processing Time

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once processing is complete.
