Shipping policy

We’re delighted to offer Express Worldwide Delivery with DHL. Every order is shipped from our UK warehouse, with reliable tracking and flexible delivery options through DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD).

With ODD, you’ll receive email/SMS updates about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery time. If delivery doesn’t suit your schedule, you can:

·         Reschedule delivery for another day

·         Redirect to a DHL Service Point

·         Request vacation hold

·         Authorize delivery without a signature- please note, if you select this option you take full responsibility for your package once it leaves Azat Mard HQ.

This service is free of charge, giving you flexibility and control.

We ship worldwide with the exception of Russia, as current government sanctions and regulations prevent us from shipping there.

*PLEASE NOTE*- Delivery times are from the date of dispatch and may vary due to government customs delays. 

Orders placed before 4pm (UK time), Monday–Friday, will be shipped the same day. 

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a DHL tracking link via email.

All updates will be provided by DHL via email/SMS.

You can monitor and adjust your delivery via DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD).

 

Duties & Taxes

USA – Important Update

Duties will be covered by AZAT MARD to all orders shipped to the USA. (Subject to Change).

Armenia

Due to local customs regulations, we’re unable to cover import duties or taxes for shipments to Armenia.

For most orders, charges are minimal or not applicable. However, orders exceeding €200 (approx. 84,000 AMD) may be subject to duties or taxes determined by Armenian customs.

If any payment is required, DHL will contact you directly with instructions prior to delivery. Please ensure any requested payment is completed promptly to avoid delays.

As a gesture of appreciation to our Armenian customers, we offer 10% off your order, along with a complimentary cap on orders over $250, to help offset potential charges.

Please note:
• The discount must be applied at checkout. Promotional codes cannot be added after an order has been placed.
• If customs charges are refused and the shipment is returned or fines are incurred, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund.

By placing an order for delivery to Armenia, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This allows us to continue offering international shipping while keeping our pricing fair and transparent for all customers.

Europe

Duties will be covered by AZAT MARD to all orders shipped to the USA. (Subject to Change).

Australia

Orders over AUD $1,000 may require import duties or taxes.
These are paid directly when your order arrives.

DHL will send you a message with the payment details, so please keep an eye out for their email. If the payment isn’t completed in time, customs may unfortunately have to dispose of the package. 

We won’t be able to offer a refund. Please make sure to complete any duties and tax payments to avoid issues with your order.

Rest of World

Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on local customs regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs & Delays

Customs inspections may cause delays outside of our control.

Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery in the rare case of customs hold-ups.

We cannot refund shipping costs for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Important Notes

Shipping Fees are non refundable and go directly to DHL.

If duties or taxes aren’t paid and your order is returned to us, the original shipping costs and any return or customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

If customs dispose of the package because payment wasn’t completed, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

IMPORTANT UPDATES: 

Shipping Delays, Regional Surcharges & Returns

Due to ongoing geopolitical tensions and airspace restrictions affecting parts of the Middle East, shipments to certain destinations may experience extended transit times and additional carrier surcharges. These costs are imposed by our courier partners and remain outside of AZAT MARD’s control. 

Delays may occur, including to Armenia, due to global circumstances beyond our control. Refunds cannot be issued for these delays. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We want to reassure customers that we continue to ship to the region and are working closely with our couriers to ensure deliveries arrive as safely and efficiently as possible.

Due to the elevated shipping costs, we recommend customers consider placing larger or combined orders with family or friends where possible to help utilise and share these shipping charges.

Please note that due to the current situation and logistical constraints, returns from these locations cannot be accepted at this time.
