Delivery Procedure

  • Our couriers deliver Monday-Friday. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
  • A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or arrange re-delivery.

Further Delivery Information  

  • Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
  • Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
  • We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
  • Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
  • All orders are shipped from the UK.
  • Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has 
    reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
     Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. If you have any queries regarding customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.
  • No refunds will be given for goods seized by customs.

Exclusion 

  • Certain UK Postcodes are subject to different time scales and may be exempt from Next Day delivery. See exemptions below:
    Please note we can only provide Two Day Delivery service to: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles

    * Please allow an extra day for delivery to the following Postcodes: 
    Scottish Highlands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50

    * Please allow 2-5 Days for delivery to the following Postcodes:
    Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Returns 

Azat Mard do not offer pre-paid returns. All return postage costs must be met by the buyer. Our address is: (AZAT MARD HQ, 98 Cheetham Hill Road, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, M4 4EX, England) Please also include your order number on the outside of your return parcel and insert your return note or a copy of your invoice inside the returned parcel.

Please obtain the Proof of Postage so you can track your parcel.

Important Notes: 

Any other way of posting returned goods are payable by the customer and the cost of postage is not refundable.

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, deodorant or make-up that may leave a scent or mark.

Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact.

Footwear: Shoes must be tried on indoors and should be returned unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Bags and Accessories: Please take care not to damage, scratch or mark any delicate goods when examining them.

All items must be returned unworn, as sold with all tags intact.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if a product is returned with make-up stains, marks, perfume, fake tan, or if the hygiene seal has been tampered with.

If you have lost your returns note or postage label, please e-mail customercare@azatmardofficial.com for a new one.

Please ensure you return your unworn goods in a fully resalable condition, with swing tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.

All items should be wrapped carefully, in their original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. Azat Mard does not accept responsibility for any damage to which occurs during return shipping.

All goods will be inspected on return.

It can usually take up to 7 to 10 working days for your refund to be processed from receipt of the returned parcel.

You will receive an e-mail once your refund has been processed.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days, although this may vary during busy periods, including sale periods. We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible.

We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
