At AZAT MARD, we hope you love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
• Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Be free from marks, stains, fragrances, pet hair or damage.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
• Headwear (including caps and hats).
• Swimwear.
• Gift Cards.
• Final Sale items.
• Personalised or custom-made products.
• Any item returned in an unsuitable condition.
How to Return
To request a return, please email info@azatmardofficial.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number.
• The item(s) you wish to return.
• The reason for your return.
Our Customer Care Team will provide return instructions.
Once your return has been approved, AZAT MARD will provide a prepaid tracked DHL return label.
The cost of this return label will be deducted from your refund in line with the return fees stated below. If you choose Store Credit instead of a refund, the return label fee will be waived.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged and returned using the DHL label provided. Returns sent using any other method may not be accepted unless agreed by our Customer Care Team in advance.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you choose a refund, the following return handling fees will be deducted:
• United Kingdom – £4.95
• Europe – €9.95
• USA – $9.95
• Armenia – £15.00
• Rest of World – £20.00
Store Credit
Rather than offering exchanges, AZAT MARD offers Store Credit, allowing you to place a new order for a different size, colour or style.
If you choose Store Credit, no return handling fee will be deducted, meaning you will receive the full value of your eligible returned item(s).
Store Credit:
• Can only be redeemed online at www.azatmardofficial.com.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Is non-transferable.
Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to AZAT MARD due to:
• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• Refused delivery.
• Unpaid customs duties or taxes.
• Failure to collect the parcel.
• A request to change the delivery country after dispatch.
The order will be eligible for Store Credit only once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Any original shipping charges, return courier fees, customs duties, taxes or other costs incurred by AZAT MARD will be deducted before Store Credit is issued.
Complimentary Gifts & Promotions
If your order included a complimentary gift or promotional discount, these benefits may no longer apply if qualifying item(s) are returned.
AZAT MARD reserves the right to deduct the retail value of any complimentary gift or promotional benefit from your refund or Store Credit if it is not returned or the qualifying order value is no longer met.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact info@azatmardofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue.
Where a manufacturing fault or fulfilment error is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Policy Misuse
AZAT MARD reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds or Store Credit where we reasonably believe this policy is being misused, including excessive returns, worn garments, fraudulent activity or abuse of our returns process.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
