Shipping Policy
We're delighted to offer Express Worldwide Delivery with DHL. Every order is dispatched from our UK warehouse with fully tracked shipping and flexible delivery options through DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD).
DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD)
Once your order has been dispatched, DHL will send you email and/or SMS updates with your tracking information and estimated delivery date.
Depending on your destination, DHL On Demand Delivery may allow you to:
• Reschedule your delivery for another day.
• Redirect your parcel to a nearby DHL Service Point.
• Request a vacation hold.
• Authorise delivery without a signature.
Please note that if you authorise delivery without a signature, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered by DHL.
This service is provided free of charge.
We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia due to current government sanctions and shipping restrictions.

Shipping Address
Please take a moment to check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Orders are processed using the shipping address entered at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery country or reroute shipments. Shipping labels, customs documentation and courier bookings are all prepared using the information provided at checkout.
After dispatch, DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) may allow you to manage certain local delivery preferences, such as rescheduling your delivery or redirecting your parcel to a nearby DHL Service Point. Please note that these options do not include changing the delivery to a different country.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs or duties, or because a different delivery country is requested after dispatch, the order will be eligible for store credit only once it has been received back at our warehouse.
The store credit will be issued less any costs incurred by AZAT MARD, including where applicable:
• Original shipping charges.
• Return shipping charges.
• Customs duties, taxes or clearance fees.
• Any additional courier or administrative costs incurred as a result of the return.
If you would like your order shipped again, you may use your store credit to place a new order using the correct shipping address. Any additional shipping charges must be paid before your new order is dispatched.
Dispatch & Transit Times
Orders placed before 4:00pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, will usually be dispatched the same business day.
Transit times begin from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your destination and customs clearance.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and delays caused by customs or local authorities are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking link by email.
All delivery updates will be provided directly by DHL via email and/or SMS.
You can also manage your delivery using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD).
Duties & Taxes
USA
AZAT MARD currently covers all duties and taxes on orders shipped to the USA.

Europe
AZAT MARD currently covers all duties and taxes on orders shipped throughout Europe.
(Subject to change.)
Armenia
Due to local customs regulations, we are unable to cover import duties or taxes for shipments to Armenia.
For most orders, charges are minimal or may not apply. However, orders exceeding approximately €200 (84,000 AMD) may be subject to customs duties or taxes determined by Armenian Customs.
Should payment be required, DHL will contact you directly with payment instructions before delivery.
Australia
Orders exceeding AUD $1,000 may be subject to import duties or taxes.
If applicable, DHL will contact you directly with payment instructions.
Please ensure payment is made promptly. Failure to pay customs charges may result in the shipment being destroyed by customs authorities, in which case we are unable to provide a refund.
Rest of World
Import duties, taxes and customs charges vary by country and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated above.
If you are unsure whether duties apply to your destination, please contact your local customs authority before placing your order.
Customs & Delivery Delays
International shipments may occasionally be delayed by customs inspections.
While most deliveries arrive much sooner, please allow up to 15 working days in the event of customs clearance delays.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
Please note:
• Discount codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added afterwards.
• If customs charges are refused or unpaid and your shipment is returned, any shipping, customs, courier or return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
By placing an order with AZAT MARD, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Important Information
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, as these fees are paid directly to our courier.
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
• Unpaid customs duties or taxes.
• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• Refusal of delivery.
• A request to change the delivery country after dispatch.
Any refund will be issued less:
• Original shipping charges.
• Return shipping costs.
• Customs duties and taxes.
• Courier charges.
• Any other costs incurred by AZAT MARD as a result of the return.
If customs authorities destroy a shipment because duties or taxes were not paid, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item becomes available.
Important Updates
Shipping Delays, Regional Surcharges & Returns
Due to ongoing geopolitical tensions and airspace restrictions affecting parts of the Middle East, some destinations may experience longer transit times and temporary carrier surcharges.
These charges are imposed directly by our courier partners and remain outside of AZAT MARD's control.
Delays, including shipments to Armenia, may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs cannot be refunded in these situations.
We continue to ship to the region and work closely with our courier partners to ensure deliveries arrive as safely and efficiently as possible.
Customers may wish to combine orders with family or friends where possible.
Please note that returns from certain affected regions may not currently be available due to logistical restrictions.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support.
