1. How much does delivery cost and how long is delivery?

We offer delivery options including Standard Delivery and Next Day.

2. What is your returns policy?

Azat Mard offer a 14 day returns policy.

3. You have asked me for further information due to security checks but you have taken money from my account for my order. Surely this should not happen if there was a security concern?

We asked for further information from you as all payments are upfront and then are security checked by the bank to prevent fraudulent activity over the web.
These checks are in place to help protect the card holder from fraud. Your order was highlighted by the bank for further security checks - thus we requested further information from you.

4. How do I go about returning an item?

There should be a returns note in the parcel - you just need to fill in your details and details of the item being returned – pack the item securely and return it back to us. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. The post office will usually give you a receipt with a tracking number on it. You just need to keep this receipt safe until you have received your refund.

5. I applied a discount code to my order – but the discount did not show on my order?

As stated in the terms all discount codes are for full priced products only – all sale/reduced price items are not included.

6. I have received an "order cancelled" email, however, I only placed one order which I have already received. I didn’t place another order?

Not to worry – the cancellation emails are just an auto-system update, where any orders left 'pending' on the system are auto-cancelled.
